Log Files

Some of our shopify apps are using Shopify Customer API and Shopify Order API to read and write necessary customers data or customers orders data from your stores for app functionality purposes. We do not use or collect these customers data or customers orders data for marketing purposes or any other internal needs. Each of our shopify app is using secure connection to transfer customers data or customers orders data. Below, you can see what app use what customers data or customers orders data and reason why do that.

This app show customers list inside app configuration and merchant can show advanced customers registration data for him. In registration page, this app replace original shopify registration form by advanced registration form, generated by this app. After advanced registration form submit, advanced customers data are stored to shopify customers metafields (using Shopify Customers API), located on shopify side. Merchant can see these customers data from app configuration then, after he show detail of selected customer.

This app generate discount coupon codes for customers, if these customers place an order, subscribe to newsletter, or register in store. Base on app configuration, this app can generate selected discount for customers after each of these customers actions.

In some cases, this app update customers order, after customer confirm his order in front store. This action is not available for merchants in default, he need to write to app support first. Sometimes, javascript of this app and javascript in merchant custom theme, or another 3rd party app are in conflict. For this reason, this app sometimes do not work properly and gift in cart have higher quantity for example, or gift is in cart and can not be there. If merchant has this problem and he write about it to us, we can enable “after order check” functionality in merchants store. Merchant can confirm it in app configuration then. This “after order check” functionality check customer order, after customer confirm this order and set gift quantity to 1 always. Also remove gifts from customers order if gift are not allowed to be there. Customer will receive email notification about this action, with info about removed gift from order.
